Custom Folder
Size
Please let us know the overall flat size of your folder design, including pockets and any glue flaps.
Maximum flat sizes should be 420mm x 620mm or 490mm x 700mm, to fit on the avaliable sheets.
Printing
Folders can be printed single-sided (on the outside of the folders only) or double-sided.
Stock
Choose from Silk or Gloss coated stock, or Uncoated, from 300gsm up to 450gsm options.
Or if you are looking for something special let us know if you have a specific stock in mind.
Laminate
Add extra durability to your folder with a laminate on the outer side only, or both sides if required.
Matt or Gloss laminate are the most economical options. Soft Touch or Anti-Scuff laminate are also available for a high quality finish.
Special finishes
Enhance your design further with Hot Foil or Spot UV elements.
Please upload your foiling or Spot UV artwork so we can calculate the areas required.
Quantity
Don’t forget to let us know how many copies of the folder you need!
