Standard Delivery is the normal production time for each job. Each product turnaround is slightly different, depending on complexity and processes involved. Please see the tooltips on each product page for more info on each specific product.
Express Delivery is for when you need an order more urgently. For an extra charge we can fast-track the production to make sure your order is processed in the fastest possible timeframe. Please see the tooltips on each product page for guidelines of Express Delivery turnaround times.
All orders are sent out in white label packaging as standard.
No branded documents, logos or labels are included with your print job, so you can be assured that all deliveries will arrive to your client without any reference to the print company or website.
Your invoice and order details will be sent to you by e-mail only and not included in the order packaging itself.
This ensures that your client does not need to know where the printed contents originate from and it looks like you have produced the items yourself and sent directly to your customer.
If you order a folder with 5mm capacity, then you will fit up to 40 folders per box maximum. So, if you ordered 1,000 folders then you will receive around 25 boxes as a guide.
Please take this into account when you place your order, so that you have adequate storage space when the delivery arrives.
As a rough guide, you will be able to fit around 20 folders with a 10mm capacity per box. So, if you ordered 1,000 folders then you will end up with around 50 boxes.

We aim to deliver all items within the confirmed turnaround times, but please be aware that sometimes circumstances may be beyond our control.
If there is a problem sourcing specific materials at certain times, or if we experience a critical machine breakdown, this may impact the normal production schedule.
We will endeavour to contact you to discuss all possible options under these circumstances.
Also, we are not responsible for any delays that arise with the courier, once the job has left our premises.
