If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with details and photos of any damaged boxes or contents. We will replace any items that are unusable due to damage in transit.
You must examine all goods upon delivery. We are not liable for any loss arising from damage unless it is noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery.
If your order has not been delivered by the expected delivery date, please notify us in writing within 7 days of that date. Failure to do so may prevent us from processing your claim.
For claims regarding the quality or quantity of goods, please inform us as soon as possible. We may request the return of damaged items in order to process your claim.
Once your claim is approved, we will reprint and replace any damaged items within 7 days.
Please note that returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. If we are not contacted within this time, we may be unable to replace or refund your order.
We do not accept returns for printed jobs if the error is due to mistakes in your supplied files. Please ensure that you carefully check all your artwork before submitting your order, as we are not liable for any design errors on your part.
To return a product, you may be required to send the damaged items back to us for inspection. Please use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return and would need to contact the transit supplier in such an instance.
