Express Folders care about the environment and use paper and ink derived totally from sustainable sources.

We produce responsible print and are verified to the highest standards. Express Folders holds ISO14001 Environmental Management, ISO9001 Quality Management Certification, and we use FSC Chain of Custody Certified paper.

We use vegetable-based inks and promote paper from sustainable and responsibly managed forests. We can offer Carbon Balanced paper, allowing you to use their brand with a unique logo.

All of our metal printing plates are recycled. Offcuts are kept to a minimum and always recycled. Waste is disposed of by a licensed agency.

Self Cover:

Refers to booklets where the cover is made from the same paper stock as the interior pages. This means that if you select a booklet with a 250gsm silk interior, the cover will also be made from 250gsm silk.

Covered:

Covered booklets feature a separate, thicker cover stock that wraps around the interior pages. You have a choice of three cover paper weights: 250gsm, 300gsm, and 350gsm in either silk or uncoated finishes. This provides added durability and aesthetic options.

Our diverse paper weights, ranging from the lightweight and versatile 100gsm uncoated to the sturdy and textured 170gsm. In between, we offer options like the 120gsm and 140gsm uncoated for various needs. For a smooth, polished finish, consider the 130gsm silk, while the 150gsm strikes a balance between substance and style.
