All prices are in Pounds Sterling. Online prices are valid at time of order but subject to change at any time in future as materials and costs increase.

All deliveries on orders are sent out in white label packaging as standard. This ensures that your client does not need to know where the printed contents originate from and it looks like you have produced the items yourself and sent directly to your customer.
After completing your online order, we will send you an order acknowledgment.
If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail within 24 hours then please contact us.
Once the online order has been fully processed then no cancellation is possible.
Refunds and Returns Policy
We are committed to ensuring that your order meets your expectations. If your order arrives damaged or there are issues with the quality or quantity of goods, we have clear guidelines to help you resolve the matter quickly.
Reporting Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with details and photos of any damaged boxes or contents. We will replace any items that are unusable due to damage in transit.
You must examine all goods upon delivery. We are not liable for any loss arising from damage unless it is noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery.
Non-Delivery Claims
If your order has not been delivered by the expected delivery date, please notify us in writing within 7 days of that date. Failure to do so may prevent us from processing your claim.
Quality or Quantity Issues
For claims regarding the quality or quantity of goods, please inform us as soon as possible. We may request the return of damaged items in order to process your claim.
Once your claim is approved, we will reprint and replace any damaged items within 7 days.
Return Policy
Please note that returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. If we are not contacted within this time, we may be unable to replace or refund your order.
Non-Returnable Circumstances
We do not accept returns for printed jobs if the error is due to mistakes in your supplied files. Please ensure that you carefully check all your artwork before submitting your order, as we are not liable for any design errors on your part.
Shipping for Returns
To return a product, you may be required to send the damaged items back to us for inspection. Please use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return and would need to contact the transit supplier in such an instance.
Our liability for any loss, injury, death or damage to persons or property in respect of the goods received shall be limited to the contract value of the goods.
We are not liable for any financial loss incurred by you, interest payments or loss of earnings, in relation to any unfulfilled order.
Customers are expected to upload print-ready PDF format artwork. We are not responsible for any mistakes on the artwork design itself, so please make sure that you have checked your work carefully before submitting.
We will not allow printing of any illegal subject matter and reserve the right to cancel any orders that break these rules.
Your material must not be defamatory of any person, or obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory. It must not include violence or any sexually explicit content. It must not promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
Your content must not infringe any intellectual property rights of any third party.
