Introduction

 

At Express Folders we specialize in presentation folders, offering you a wide range of styles and sizes for every occasion. We also provide an extensive selection of other printed products.

Our state-of-the-art facilities use only the latest technology for high quality production of every job.

All of our print and finishing is done in-house, ensuring we can cover all your needs under one roof and maintain maximum quality control at every stage. We do not outsource our work to other companies.

 

 

Environmental Policy

 

We are committed to keeping our environmental impact to a minimum by making sure every part of our print and finishing processes are as efficient as possible.

  • We only use paper stocks from well-managed sustainable sources
  • Vegetable-based inks are used
  • All of our metal printing plates are recycled
  • Offcuts are kept to a minimum and always recycled
  • Waste is disposed of by a licensed agency

Radius Corners

Business Cards are trimmed square edge by default, but please select the optional Radius Corners option if you would like them rounded.

Self Cover:

Refers to booklets where the cover is made from the same paper stock as the interior pages. This means that if you select a booklet with a 250gsm silk interior, the cover will also be made from 250gsm silk.

Covered:

Covered booklets feature a separate, thicker cover stock that wraps around the interior pages. You have a choice of three cover paper weights: 250gsm, 300gsm, and 350gsm in either silk or uncoated finishes. This provides added durability and aesthetic options.

Our diverse paper weights, ranging from the lightweight and versatile 100gsm uncoated to the sturdy and textured 170gsm. In between, we offer options like the 120gsm and 140gsm uncoated for various needs. For a smooth, polished finish, consider the 130gsm silk, while the 150gsm strikes a balance between substance and style.

Choose the weight that best complements your project's requirements and desired aesthetic.
